This research discusses over domestic violence committed against children and adolescents, highlighting child sexual abuse, with the family environment as background, which makes it difficult to insert these families into the Integral Protection Network. The studies based on social psychology made it possible to analyze the historical construction of family and childhood concepts, also the social roles occupied by each family member in society and how these conceptions are produced in reality. Sexual abuse is a multifaceted and worrisome social phenomenon, since it is not a natural event, but a social expression constructed ideologically based on economic, social, cultural and political aspects. In order to make this research feasible, an observation/participant survey was conducted at the CEDECA Institution located in Osasco. The researcher went to several places, which allows us to understand the complexity of the phenomenon that interferes in the practice of professionals who deal daily with this demand, weakening the care of the family that is victim of domestic violence in the Rights Guarantee System. The collected information contributed to the analysis of the narratives, which identified: weaknesses in the flow of care, network disarticulation, difficulty in inserting the family into the protective system and the concern of professionals on protect the child victim of violence. We emphasize the importance of future discussions about interventions that comprehend the family as a whole to improve the construction of policies to combat domestic violence intrafamily
