Resumo: This monograph aims to address the subject of procedural of juristic acts, starting from its essence, based on the General Theory of Law, to then analyse in more detail some of the important points of this instrument explicitly introduced by the Code of Civil Procedure 2015. Firstly, it will be described the Theory of Juristic Facts in Material and Procedural Law. Secondly, it will cover more specifically about the juridical procedures, its historical evolution and the reasons for its reception or not by Brazilian doctrine. Lastly, a brief comment will be made on the relevant aspects introduced by the new Code of Civil Procedure and the changes that affect the subject matter of the procedural of juristic acts
