This work aims to discern the work of Social Service content creators in the digital scenario. Social workers emerge as content creators on socio-digital platforms and are part of a series of new work specializations that emerge digitally. This thesis therefore analyzes the work of social workers on the internet through YouTube and Instagram in their production of content and infoproducts. It seeks to outline a critical analysis of digital entrepreneurship in neoliberalism and how this impacts the platformization of work in Social Services. Furthermore, it carries out an exploratory study of YouTube, with content analysis, and raises a profile of social workers on Instagram, outlining how this type and format of digital work impacts ideologically and ethically on the profession. In addition to analyzing the production displayed on socio-digital platforms, we will analyze how communities are engaged and the types of infoproducts offered. Extracting from online documentary sources, I analyzed the main channels on YouTube and the biggest pages in terms of number of followers on Instagram. There is a scenario of marked transformation with the rise of work in the digital environment. This phenomenon is the result of technological innovation and the expansion of capitalism on digital platforms. Large companies such as Alphabet, Amazon, Apple, Meta and Microsoft - known as the Big Five - play a crucial role in this reality.
