This monograph analyses the net labor credit, due and certain under the judicial reorganization system. Starts with brief notes on the main features of judicial reorganization in some legal systems from Europe, the United States and Brazil. It goes through concordact study, institute before the judicial reorganization, and following the judicial reorganization of the study itself. The text addresses questions about the mechanism established by Law n° 11.101/2005, which aims at the same time, the effectiveness of the credit and the reorganization of the company. Was the object of study the effects of the order granting the processing of the judicial reorganization action, the competence to perform the labor credits, the existence of general repercussion of that theme and the possibility of execute the labor credit before the Labor Court. By situating the labor credit within the judicial recovery plan, the text deals with the abscense of labor succession (Article 60, sole paragraph, Law n° 11.101/2005).In the bankruptcy, the text discusses the legal limit imposed on the labor credit (Article 83, item I, Law n° 11.101/2005) and the chances of transformation from judicial reorganization in bankruptcy. In all labor there is the concern to bring the current position jurisprudential the Superior Court of Justice of the Superior Labor Court and the Regional Labor Courts, in addition to the jurisprudence of the Supreme Court on issues in which there pronouncement of the Supreme Court. The work allows the conclusion that the greatest challenge of the regime established by Law n° 11.101/2005 is to identify the specific case when really worth impose sacrifices to creditors to provide the company's recovery
