The main objective of this research is to demonstrate the possibility of requiring wage equalization between people hired by different companies, but who are part of the same economic group. We emphasize that the present work does not have the exhaustion of the whole theme and doubts that surround the subject, but only offer an overview, since after extensive doctrinal and jurisprudential research, we verify that up to the present moment the question involving the recognition of the Wage parity within the economic group presents a very controversial analysis. Before analyzing the matter directly involving wage equalization within the economic group, we previously addressed some essential elements for a better understanding of the topic, as well as for understanding the fundamentals that supported the recognition of wage equalization in the economic group. Initially, we will address the question of wage equality, followed by a brief analysis of the subjects of the employment relationship and salary equation species. After we will go specifically to the salary equalization institute and its requirements, and finally, we will discuss in more detail the figure of the economic group and the possibility of recognition of salary equalization between employees of different companies, however belonging to the same group of companies
