That is, is a concurrence of wills, following the dictates of the law, and in order to acquire; protect; to transfer; save; modify or extinguish rights. Ou seja, é um acordo de vontades, obedecendo aos ditames da lei, e com a finalidade de adquirir; resguardar; transferir; conservar; modificar ou extinguir direitos. Com efeito, o acordo de vontades cuja finalidade produzirá efeitos deve ser livre, claro, sem obrigação ou vinculação a outro objeto.
