Resumo: This study aims to determine the contribution of the educational process and early stimulation in the inclusive process of the disabled person. In this research, we attempted to clarify through references on the concept of disability and disability data in Brazil. It addressed the first authors and their respective attitudes to include the disabled person. It highlighted the actions and barriers of the inclusive process, in addition to the educational services process in Brazil, the early intervention and family support to include the disable person. It is, therefore, a bibliographic search.
