Resumo: The objective of this work is to analyze moral harassment in the employment relationship, following the foundations and historical formation both in the world and in Brazil, a current jurisprudence on the subject will be presented, with emphasis on decisions of the Brazilian courts in cases of moral harassment in the workplace. Work environment, seeking to discuss the concept of work, detaching it from the employment relationship, highlighting its characteristics and highlighting subordination as a way of better understanding the moral understanding of the work relationship.
