O direito de greve na Organização Internacional do Trabalho: uma disputa por seu status normativo

Resumo: The monograph represents an attempt to bring to light the knowledge regarding the basic system of International Labour Organization (ILO), highlighting its specificities as an international organization to the reader and, based on this, explicit the existence of a dispute, in the international scope, for the affirmation or not of the existence of the Right of Strike related to 87 Convention, Freedom of Association and Protection of the Right to Organise Convention, of ILO. The mapping and diffusion of this intense debate is justified by its large theoretical and practical repercussion that each side has concerning the following branches: International Labour Rights, International Rights of the Human Rights and Labour Rights. The current work uses secondary data sources of International Labour Organization controlling organs, as reunions minutes and documents submitted by tripartite constituents, public declarations given by employees and employers on the subject, besides the Brazilian and international juridical doctrine

O mapeamento e difusão desse intenso debate se justifica pela grande repercussão teórica e prática que cada posição tem para os ramos do Direito Internacional do Trabalho, Direitos Internacional dos Direitos Humanos e Direitos do Trabalho.
