The present study presents an analysis about the Incident of Resolution of Repetitive Demands. It is a new but much debated institute, instituted by the New Code of Civil Procedure, which brings to light the importance and necessity of valuing precedents, aiming at achieving the principles of procedural economy, isonomy and legal certainty among the jurisdictions In the course of this work, some relevant aspects of the procedural order of the incident were pointed out, as well as its legitimates, assumptions of appropriateness and a wide need for disclosure, both in relation to its establishment, and in relation to the establishment of the legal thesis. It was also analyzed the effects of the admissibility of the incident of resolution of repetitive demands, in order to suspend the other proceedings that convey the same legal thesis and, therefore, the procedure and rules that must be observed during the trial of the incident and hypotheses that could generate their nullity. In the end, an analysis was also made about the effects of the established legal thesis, the possibility of application to future cases and the hypothesis of its revision
