Resumo: The present work will address the main points about the innovations of evidence brought in the new Code of Civil Procedure, as well as the dynamism in the distribution of the burden of proof. The new law brought changes that generated great repercussion in our legal world, altering and updating devices in the Code of Civil Procedure, mainly to the production of digital proofs. With this work we will analyze the new forms of evidence of the civil process and its application, as well as its dynamic distribution, aiming at the search for effectiveness, coherence and justice in the production of evidence
