This monograph seeks to investigate and elucidate more intensively the "postal citation in the execution of extrajudicial documents" provided for in the Code of Civil Procedure. The purpose of this paper is to examine the changes that have perfected such an institute and which are of vital importance in the implementation process. An approach will be taken regarding the execution of an extrajudicial title, as well as in the execution of a judicial title (compliance with judgment). It will also verify the concept of citation, the principles that guide this institute, in addition to its effects and forms. The paper will make an in-depth analysis on the validity of the postal citation in the process of execution of extrajudicial title, a relatively controversial topic, since there are doctrinal and jurisprudential divergences on the applicability of the postal citation in the execution of extrajudicial title. We will also check what action is likely to be presented by the injured party, in the event of invalidation of the citation, as well as the remedy to remedy such an addiction when the judgment in the enforcement process has already been res judicata for years. In this case, we will deepen the study of "Querela Nullitatis"
