This work was done with the purpose of demonstrating the possibility of recognizing the employment of military police and private business. We analyze the individual employment contract, the parties that form the contract of employment, as well as its main features. Still, analyzing the employment contract, exemplify the various types of existing individual employment contract. We also discussed the differences of the employment relationship and the employment relationship, to better elucidate the screen work. We seek to provide the definitions of public officials, politicians, public servants and statutory CLT, as well as the definition and the legal concept of public official military time, it is the principal figure studied in this work. Inside the Military Agent Chapter, we present the laws to which they are governed, among them the Statute of the Military Police of Sao Paulo. Finally, we analyzed within legal requirements studied in this work, the possibility of recognition of the employment relationship between the military police and the private enterprise, illustrating with case law and current understandings
