Resumo: This paper’s goal is to perform a major overview over teleworking and its evolution, advantages and disadvantages of such labor arrangement, its implementation and regulation in Brazil after the amendments enacted by Law 13.467/2017, which came up with a simple, but also groundbreaking regulation to the Brazilian Labor Laws framework. For this study, it will be used the inductive research method, based on case-law reviews and legal writings, analyzing and relating international laws in face of the Brazilian rules
