There is no doubt that terrorism and its forms of combat has been gaining more and more importance in the political, social and legal context of several States and international organizations. Nationally, the Federal Constitution has erected to the category of International relations principle the repudiation of terrorism, as well as provided for warrant of criminalization. In this sense, this paper intends to examine the issue of terrorism, regulated by law 13.260/16 in Brazil who went on to introduce controversial devices that has raised endless heated discussions. From a systematic perspective, will be examined the criminal figures of 13.260/16 law, responsible for introducing new crminal types related to terrorism and promote changes to criminal procedural nature. In addition, this paper will demonstrate the relationship of this device with the institutes of the enemy’s criminal law, . Therefore, will also be examined relevant aspects of terrorism, such as definition, ratings and historical background, as well as those related to the enemy’s criminal law
