Resumo: This monograph aims to the study of bullying, more specifically in the work. Initially and as of paramount importance, since inherent in the theme, briefly discuss the valuation of human dignity, the principle of dignity and protection of personality rights in labor law; a second time verify the concept of bullying and their characteristics and to discuss briefly the subject of Sexual Harassment pointing their marked differences; In the third place, we conceptualize moral damages, describing it within the current legislation, the legal devices that support them, highlighting the legal provision for civil compensation for damage caused; and proceeds, in chapter four, making a historical overview on harassment in Brazil, measuring it, exposing their roots and their legislative developments. In conclusion, points to the lack of a specific federal legislation and relevant information on bullying and how throughout the history of labor law scholars seek to foster and ensure the best interests of the worker

Inicialmente e como de suma importância, já que, inerente ao tema proposto, abordaremos brevemente a valoração da dignidade da pessoa humana, o princípio da dignidade e a proteção ao direito da personalidade no direito do trabalho; num segundo momento verificaremos a conceituação de assédio moral e suas características além de abordar de forma sucinta a temática do Assédio Sexual apontando suas diferenças marcantes; num terceiro momento, conceituamos o dano moral, descrevendo-o dentro da legislação vigente, os dispositivos legais que o amparam, destacando a previsão legal de reparação civil pelo dano causado; e prossegue, no quatro capítulo, fazendo um apanhado histórico sobre o assédio no Brasil, mensurando-o, expondo suas raízes e sua evolução legislativa.
