Resumo: We will discuss in this work the discussion on the topic "Fiscal War", making a constitutional analysis, to better understand the theme of the theme and its aspects. I emphasize that this work only confronts some Constitutional delimitations LC 24/75, on the agreed prisms and their Constitutionality. Thus we seek to approach the Constitutional principles, confronting LC 24/75, and finally giving a brief comment to the recent LC 160/2017, in order to demonstrate how wide and problematic the theme is, and the difficulty of finding a compatible solution with the Constitution
