Resumo: The objective of the present study was to carry out an analysis about the feasibility of criminal protection of the legal interest of honor in the metaverse, from the perspective of constitutional and elementary criminal precepts. For this, research was carried out on the legislation related to the subject, as well as doctrine and jurisprudence, in order to support the present work. Theme still without specific regulation, which demanded a more detailed study and research on correlated themes, with the objective of verifying the possibility of criminal protection of honor in the metaverse. Finally, it is understood that there is feasibility of criminal protection of the legal asset of honor in the metaverse environment, with criminal legislation being applied with regard to crimes related to this legal asset, with due criminal accountability of the individual who commits a crime on this platform

Para isso, houve a realização de pesquisa acerca da legislação relacionada ao tema, bem como de doutrina e jurisprudência, a fim de embasar o presente trabalho. Tema ainda sem regulamentação específica, que demandou estudo mais detalhado e pesquisa em temas correlacionados, com o objetivo de verificar a possibilidade da proteção penal da honra no metaverso.
