Resumo: Evaluation of in-service teacher education has been largely limited to gathering information about satisfaction and learning. However, it is also important to analyse the transfer of learning to professional contexts. The present study had as main goals to know the teachers’ perceptions of the transfer of learning processes to the professional practice and the factors that influence them. The sample included 171 teachers from various levels of education, and it was used the Learning Transfer System Inventory (LTSI). The results allow us to highlight the importance that motivational factors and the context of training have in the transfer of learning.

Sin embargo, también es importante analizar la transferencia del aprendizaje en contextos profesionales. El presente estudio tuvo como objetivos principales conocer las percepciones de los docentes sobre los procesos de transferencia de aprendizagem a la práctica profesional y los factores que influyen en ellos. La muestra incluyó a 171 docentes de diversos niveles de educación y se utilizó el Learning Transfer System Inventory (LTSI). Los resultados nos permiten resaltar la importancia que tienen los factores motivacionales y el contexto de la formación en la transferencia de aprendizaje.A avaliação da formação contínua de professores tem-se limitado em grande medida à recolha da informação sobre a satisfação e as aprendizagens. Contudo, importa também analisar a transferência das aprendizagens para os contextos profissionais. O presente estudo teve como principais objetivos conhecer as perceções dos professores sobre os processos de transferência das aprendizagens para a prática profissional e os fatores que os influenciam. A amostra incluiu 171 professores provenientes dos vários níveis de ensino, tendo sido utilizado o Learning Transfer System Inventory (LTSI).
