Resumo: The present dissertation takes advantage of the opportunity, in an academic context, to approach a real situation for a concrete client, with the objective of developing a project for a residential structure for seniors in Quinta da Senhora do Monte located in the parish of Pedroso and Seixezelo, belonging to the municipality of Vila Nova de Gaia. The work is structured in four chapters that combine a set of references, readings, attempts, approximations and retreats, as well as situations and relationships that result from a interlacement between the applicant's wishes, place and personal motivations, seeking to contextualize the reader about what surrounds it and allowing to generate a theoretical basis that supports the projectual practice. Finally, the theme of the dissertation evolves in trace and drawing, culminating in the presentation of the final proposal.
