Resumo: | The following case study analyses the evolution of the business model of SABE Online, a Software as a Service (SaaS) start-up currently operating in the Portuguese market. In June 2015, João Ferro Rodrigues the CEO and founder realizes that the company’s previous business model no longer reflects the current strategy. Therefore a new business model must be developed in order to reflect this new path, while providing information about the necessary investment to be successful. This case study provides insights about the evolution of SABE Online’s business model in order to reflect the new strategy of the company. |
