O PALCO DA APRENDIZAGEM: UMA PROFESSORA ESTAGIÁRIA (RE)DESCOBRINDO O ROTEIRO DO SEU "ESPETÁCULO" PEDAGÓGICO

Resumo: The Practicum Training, in the context of initial training, is an essential step in the transition from academic life to the professional world. It is an authentic context, associated with a process of sharing with fellow preservice, teachers and entire educational community of the cooperative school. This document describes the lived experiences of a preservice teacher (the author) during the school placement. The recreated scenery is a show, having as the main stage a basic school, located in Vila Nova de Gaia. Structurally, the practicum report is divided into five major chapters, which confer a certain unity compared to the whole text in which they are inserted: The Introduction, the Personal Framework, the Institutional Framework, the Realization of Professional Practice and the Final Considerations. In this purpose, starting from a more personal perspective, it was in the dependence on the other characters, fellow preservice and teacher, that I developed the true story of this show. In contact with the audience I rediscovered Physical Education, becoming increasingly confident and autonomous in the teaching profession. The process experienced was characterized by unpredictability, and according to the challenges faced and the contexts experienced, the teacher in practice, the teacher in theory and the teacher at a distance are distinguished. The motivational climate created in the various pedagogical actions was a crucial point during this show, calling it as the Climax of the narrative that determined my journey during this phase and changed my conception of the discipline and the ways of being in the profession. The students shared the main role, moving to the center of learning and believing that the teacher can motivate his students through innovative methodologies and strategies. The document ends with a reflection that emphasizes the formative value of this experience and its impact on my personal and professional development, calling itself as the 'last cue' that generates the motto for a new stage and replacement of the character.
