O projeto "TurmaMais": dialogando em torno de uma experiência no combate ao insucesso e abandono escolar

ln this article one shows some theory-conceptuals elements of supporting the project 'TurmaMais' and the essential to his organisational conception. After some introductory notes and contextualisation one supports a model focused on the factors 'size' and 'compositional structure' of a class as organisational referents of the pupils and of the classes and subjects of planning and contrai by the schools. The results achieved and observed show obvious failures in the rates of failures anda better achievement equally significant in the quality of the schools leveis, meaning to confirm the efficiency of the proposals in the struggle against the school failure. The presentation of rates related to the probability of success in the schools generations that have started the third grade three years ago in severa! neighbouring schools would confirm the sustainability of the project as an organisational instrument of great effect in the survival of pupils in the schools environment and consequently of integration and schooling inclusion.
