Do ensino à aprendizagem: o desafio da sala de aula pela visão da hospitalidade

This article focus on the review of instructor exhibitions and behaviours in the classroom of the Anhembi Morumbi University, belonging to Laureate International Education group, especially in hotel course, of tourism and hospitality school. This review model, associated to the surge of the knowledge sharing and from the best teaching practices, with local focus, was boundedfrom the integrated project develop in accordance to the pardons of excellence and Switzerland tradition in the area in question, by the Glion Institute of Higher Education. Fron that work opportunity, instructors of both institutions, Glion, in Switzerland and the Hotel course of Anhembi Morumbi, choose to develop a surge with focus on the review of teachers pedagogical techniques in each of the universities comparing multicultural environments (as in the case of Glion, that groups in the same physical and educational space students coming from different places in the world: read up multicultural environments) and monocultural (Anhembi Morumbi University).
