Resumo: A Justiça constitucional é a expressão máxima da garantia da Constituição e das demais leis e normas. É, por isso, imperativa a sua existência para o equilíbrio entre os demais poderes públicos, para a própria garantia e proteção do Estado de direito e democrático e, também, como garante dos direitos, liberdades e garantias dos particulares.
