This thesis describes a strategic plan for a company that already exists in the market. The company mentioned operates in the metallurgical and metalworking sector. The development of the strategic plan aims to define the strategy that the company must implement in the coming years to achieve what is intended in the market. For a better understanding of the environment, several techniques were used to analyze the external and internal environment. Some of the techniques applied are PESTAL analysis, Porter´s Five Forces and SWOT analysis. After completing the analysis of the environment, the strategic plan, business plan and marketing plan that the company should follow was outlined. The company's strategic plan includes not only the company's mission, vision and values, but also the strategy to be implemented, the intended positioning, the company's target and the actions to achieve the set goals. Finally, a financial analysis of the proposed strategic plan is presented to understand its feasibility. This analysis presents financial evaluation indicators such as NPV, TIR, Profitability Index, and Payback Period.
