Resumo: The following Internship Report describes the Professional Internship that took place in a school of the Autonomous Region of the Azores, with in a certain and practical academic context. Throughout this period, actions were undertaken aiming to improve pedagogic skills and offering a range of activities. The activities included lesson planning, implementation of inovative educational practices, participation in Department and Class Council meeting and engaging with the whole school community, all while being guided by reflecion on action, and later, about action. This Internship revealed a distinct prespective on the meaning of school reality and context, as well as opportunities to use theories, methods and theaching strategies in appropriate situations. The Report details the main activities that were conducted, the challanges faced and the lessons gained during the Internship, grounded in the reflection in order to help the continued groth of the teaching practice throughout the academic year. Regarding the investigative dimension, I decided to analyze the success rate (healthy or unhealthy zone) in the PACER of 15-year-old female students in high-school at Escola Básica e Secundária Tomás de Borba.
