O percurso de desenvolvimento de um professor de Educação Física: uma jornada de motivação dos alunos para a prática desportiva

Resumo: | The aim of the professional school placement is to place the preservice teacher in a real context of teaching Physical Education at school. This integration process is carried out under the supervision of two specialized professionals, a cooperating teacher who carries out the day-to-day supervision at the school and the advisor teacher from the faculty. The preservice teacher puts into practice all the knowledge acquired during the academic program. This document is called the Professional School Placement Report and its purpose is to report the actions taken by the preservice teacher during the supervised teaching practice. The school year is long and different challenges arose during the professional school placement, whether in terms of planning, execution or evaluation. The need to encourage students to practice sport was the main goal of the teacher's intervention in classes. The teacher also tried to assess whether there were equitable sporting practices in terms of student participation. Thus, in Area 3, a study called "Patterns of student participation in the game of volleyball" was carried out. There was also a need to give some responsibility to students, which was essential to make them feel more involved in classes. To achieve this transfer of responsibility, student-centered teaching models were used, such as the Sport Education and Cooperative Learning. In this document, many topics experienced by a preservice teacher during the course of their professional school placement are mentioned. Keywords: |
