Remote Boundary-Scan Testbench with Extended SFV Commands

Resumo: This paper proposes an extended set of SVF commands, which were designed to support real-time monitoring of forbidden patterns at selected groups of boundary-scan pins. The complete SVF program is written and run using an integrated low-cost test controller with its own IP address, enabling remote control of the target hardware. An application example is presented, using a simple dual-port boundary-scan board.
