Resumo: | The present project work is about “Curtinhas” from Curtas Vila do Conde Film Festival based on cinema as an important tool for artistic education, pointing it also as a possible and positive form of alternative and complementary education to curricular teaching. And to make known with my project work, the "Curtinhas", through this thesis thatincludes a documentary, filmed the week of the festival where I tried to capture the project as it happens, the jury meetings, the conversations about the films, the environments where the project takes place and small testimonials of those responsible, both Curtas Vila do Conde and the Cinematic Art Gallery or ANIMAR. Artistic Education enabled the Education Sciences to create a new conjuncture in the educational process of the human being, not centered on formal education, allowing the introduction of the educational aspect in the non-formal context. A new vision emerges that the educational process takes place not only in the classroom, but also in the school space and in the experiences of the human being. Increasingly, society is involved in the school community, which reveals the partnerships established between the two. These dynamics are beneficial, but they are those thatrequire more work and time on the part of teachers. For this reason, animation in schoolis a fertile field for educator and animator who can develop a structured and very fruitful work between school and society |
