Manejo do Setting Terap?utico e Sentimentos Contratransferenciais

Com este estudo pretende-se avaliar a intera??o entre os sentimentos contratransferenciais e o estilo de manejo do setting terap?utico entre os cl?nicos participantes no estudo e proceder ? an?lise comparativa dos sentimentos contratransferenciais dos terapeutas em rela??o a pacientes em psicoterapia individual, em fun??o do estilo de manejo do setting pelo terapeuta e das caracter?sticas pessoais dos pacientes em processo de tratamento. A amostra presente nesta investiga??o ? constitu?da por um total de 47 psicoterapeutas. O trabalho de campo do estudo teve a dura??o de 6 meses e recorreu ao m?todo de resposta a formul?rio online que foi enviado a cl?nicos previamente contactados para a participa??o no estudo. A resposta ?s quest?es que integram cada um dos instrumentos psicom?tricos (Feeling Checklist (FC), na sua vers?o portuguesa traduzida, a primeira vers?o da Escala de Setting Terap?utico (EST) e do Clinical Data Form(CDF)), referem-se, sempre, ? rela??o terap?utica com um paciente particular selecionado pelo cl?nico participante no estudo. No primeiro objetivo na an?lise ? associa??o entre o manejo do setting terap?utico e a contratransfer?ncia, verifica-se que apenas existe uma rela??o significativa entre a estrat?gia relacional e o fator positivo caloroso/a. Em rela??o ao segundo objetivo, na averigua??o ? rela??o e associa??o entre o manejo do setting terap?utico e as caracter?sticas pessoais dos pacientes referenciados pelos psicoterapeutas respondentes, foram consideradas individualmente as seguintes vari?veis: idade; g?nero; habilita??es liter?rias; e estado civil. Nos objetivos quanto maior for o valor da estrat?gia relacional, maior ? tamb?m a contratransfer?ncia pelo fator positivo caloroso/a, como tamb?m existem diferen?as nas dimens?es com outras vari?veis como a faixa et?ria e as habilita??es liter?rias dos pacientes. ? de maior import?ncia salientar que o tipo de patologia do paciente n?o influ?ncia a escolha de qualquer uma das dimens?es, seja ela a estrat?gia relacional ou a conduta terapeutica. Contudo, este estudo na minha opini?o contribui para o autoconhecimento dos terapeutas, tem como consequ?ncia uma melhor compreens?o da popula??o-alvo e avan?o na integra??o de conceitos psicanal?ticos na pr?tica cl?nica. / It is intended, then, with this study was to evaluate the interaction between countertransference feelings and the therapeutic management setting style between clinicians participating in the study and undertake a comparative analysis of the countertransference feelings of therapists compared to patients in individual psychotherapy, in management function of setting style by the therapist, and the personal characteristics of the patients in the treatment process. This research sample consists of a total of 47 psychotherapists, where 14 are men (31.1%) and 31 are women (68.9%). The study's field work lasted six months and appealed to the response method online form that was sent to clinical previously contacted for participation in the study. The answer to the questions within each one of psychometric instruments (Feeling Checklist (FC), in its Portuguese language version, the first version of the Therapeutic Setting Scale (EST) and the Clinical Data Registration Questionnaire (CDF)), refer if ever, the therapeutic relationship with a particular patient selected by the participant in the clinical study. In the first objective in analyzing the association between the management of the therapeutic setting and countertransference, it turns out that there is only one significant relationship between relational strategy and the warm positive factor / a (r = .398, p .05 ?) (Field, 2013; Howell, 2006; Maroco, 2007). On the second goal, when investigating the relationship between the association and management of the therapeutic setting and the personal characteristics of patients referred by psychotherapists respondents were individually considered the following variables: age; gender; literary abilities; and marital status. In the goals I came across the greater the value of relational strategy, the greater is also the counter for the warm positive factor / a, as there are also differences in the dimensions with other variables such as age and education level of patients . It is important to note that bathing suits the type of pathology of the patient does not influence the choice of any one dimension, be it relational strategy or therapeutic conduct. However, this study in my opinion contributes to self therapists, results in a better understanding of the target population and advances in the integration of psychoanalytic concepts in clinical practice.
