Intervenção psicológica numa equipa de futebol de formação

This internship report was part of the second year of the Master in Sport Psychology and Human Development, of the Faculty of Sport, University of Porto and the School of Human and Social Sciences of the University of Trás-os-Montes and Alto Douro. The internship took place at the Bsports soccer academy, from September 1st to May 5th, and I was incorporated in the psychology department. This report includes a description of what I did throughout the internship, including observations, interviews, individual cases, and several interventions. In this context, I present a more concrete and specific program with the team/group where the youngest athletes from the academy were, based on the model of personal and social responsibility, with the aim of instilling values such as respect, principles that were in deficit within the group. In addition, an investigation was also conducted with 57 athletes from the academy. The objective was to understand the influence of the context/team in which they competed in the orientation of the academy's athletes. The psychometric test Task and Ego Orientation Sport Questionnaire (TEOSQ; Fonseca & Biddle, 2001) was used for this purpose.
