Social relations, in times of hyper-accelerated neoliberalism, generated expansive effects for other areas of life, including Law. Thus, verifying this clamor for the follow-up of the procedural rhythm with the speed of society, the legislator, noting the State's inability to deal effectively with the issue of economic criminality through repressive means, started to use more of the instruments of sanctioning administrative law and of integrity programs, implementing and carrying out several changes in the Bidding Law, as well as in other sparse legislation. Thus, the objective of this work is to analyze the role that compliance, together with sanctioning administrative law, has in the fight against economic crime. In the end, it is concluded about the necessary role that integrity programs and sanctioning administrative law have in preventing and combating economic crime, due to fluid times, the complexity of criminal acts, the necessary respect for fundamental guarantees and the need of ethical business environments.
