Resumo: The introduction of Electric Vehicles (EVs) to people’s everyday life is growing exponentially. To enable a reliable network that supports these increasing numbers, a high volume of electric chargers capable of operating under demanding quality of service requirements is necessary. A partnership with Magnum Cap, a Portuguese electric charger manufacturer, aims to make this possible. The goal of this thesis focused on developing a platform that can manage the life cycle of the produced electric chargers, improving their customer support, reducing manufacturing mistakes and automating the associated processes.

Para habilitar uma rede fiável que suporte o aumento destes números, é necessário um elevado volume de carregadores elétricos capazes de operar sob requisitos exigentes de qualidade de serviço. Uma parceria com a Magnum Cap, um fabricante português de carregadores elétricos, pretende tornar isso possível.
