Resumo: | The introduction of Electric Vehicles (EVs) to people’s everyday life is growing exponentially. To enable a reliable network that supports these increasing numbers, a high volume of electric chargers capable of operating under demanding quality of service requirements is necessary. A partnership with Magnum Cap, a Portuguese electric charger manufacturer, aims to make this possible. The goal of this thesis focused on developing a platform that can manage the life cycle of the produced electric chargers, improving their customer support, reducing manufacturing mistakes and automating the associated processes. |

Para habilitar uma rede fiável que suporte o aumento destes números, é necessário um elevado volume de carregadores elétricos capazes de operar sob requisitos exigentes de qualidade de serviço. Uma parceria com a Magnum Cap, um fabricante português de carregadores elétricos, pretende tornar isso possível.
