Procura-se desenvolver um projeto de design conciso, começando por uma investigação e análise das áreas de estudo em que se insere — Identidade visual, Design de Interação, Design de Interface, Web Design, UX/UI.A Cityoo, baseia-se no conceito software as a service, permite às entidades gestoras de território executar a monitorização e acompanhar a evolução das construções em tempo real. São recolhidas de cinco em cinco dias uma fotografia do terreno através do uso de satélite, para que uma comparação entre as imagens detete as anomalias ocorridas e reporte para a plataforma. Quando na plataforma o utilizador pode analisar o relatório sobre o seu território.Nesta plataforma digital recorre-se à utilização da tecnologia do espaço, imagens de satélite e georreferenciação, em simultâneo com a metodologia BIM (Building Information Model).A primeira fase consiste na investigação e análise, da empresa bem como do universo de actividade em que ela se move. Este aspeto foi considerado indispensável e determinante para o desenvolvimento prático futuro desta investigação.A proposta apresentada visa desenvolver e melhorar a plataforma, permitindo aos utilizadores aproveitar e automatizar, ao máximo, o tempo despendido no seu uso. Neste sentido, este trabalho consiste num estudo prévio de investigação, desenho e planeamento, onde prevalece a investigação de usabilidade.This dissertation aims to propose redesigning real-time monitoring and territory supervised platform. The objective of this project is to develop a concise design. The initial stages will include investigating and analyzing the study areas that can leverage such territory monitoring platforms viz. Visual Identity, Interaction Design, Interface Design, Web Design, UX / UI.Cityoo is one such service that enables territory management entities to monitor the city environment and the evolution of buildings in real-time. The platform collects a photograph of the terrain every five days using satellite, so that a comparison between the images detects the anomalies that have occurred and reports to the platform. When on the platform, the user can analyze the report on his territory.This digital platform uses space technology, satellite images, and georeferencing, simultaneously with the BIM (Building Information Model) methodology. The first phase of this thesis is to research and analyze the Cityoo platform and the universe of activity in which it operates. This work will also include reviewing other such usability centric studies and research. This aspect is indispensable as it will help guide the future practical development of this research.Therefore, this proposal focuses on developing and improving the utility aspect of the territory monitoring platform in the hope to drive and expand its scope and encourage innovation.
