As Portugal is among the top 10 European countries that spend more on Eating out while the term dark kitchen still needs to be discovered, these two facts may be an obstacle to developing the new concept in Portugal. To verify this, an online experiment conducted to compare consumers’ attitudes and opinions on dark kitchens versus restaurants.
