Resumo: The Professional Internship is part of the 2nd Cycle in Teaching of Physical Education in Primary and Secondary Education, by the Faculty of Sport of the University of Porto. This supervised teaching practice, which provides the student intern with a ground-breaking experience in teaching Physical Education during a school year, was carried out at Escola Secundária de Penafiel. The student intern was followed by three other fellow trainees and was supervised by two Professors, namely one cooperating Professor at the Secondary School level and one guiding Professor from the Faculty. This document, the Internship Report, reflects the experiences of the student intern, within the daily Physical Education practice, at the level of learning, limitations, and the implemented teaching strategies that contributed to its professional development. The 1st Period, the early stage of the teaching process, was marked by the constraints of the pandemic situation, which made it mandatory to teach individual modalities to guarantee the safety of all students in practice. The 2nd period was marked by the transition to remote learning. There was a need to reformulate the learning content and simultaneously allow students to have their moments of responsibility and creativity throughout the teaching and learning process. The 3rd period, the late stage of the teaching process, was marked by the removal of some restrictions. Such a process enabled the teaching of collective sports. Thus, there was the opportunity to teach volleyball with a more student-centered approach, based on the work by levels. Altogether, throughout the school year, there was meticulous and continued care to adopt a posture that provided a space conducive to learning. Therefore, in Area 3, my pedagogical knowledge of the content, namely my instructional intervention, at the level of verbal and visual representations and the adequacy of tasks, is analysed.
