Resumo: The School Placement, inserted in the 2nd year of the Master's Degree in Teaching Physical Education in Primary and Secondary Education of the Faculty of Sport of the University of Porto, is the moment where the preservice teacher is trained in a work context adapted in which it aims to complement and improve the skills of the future teacher, with a view to their integration into professional life. It is where they apply all the knowledge they have acquired throughout their training, being subject to moments of evaluation, with constant supervision. The present report aims at reporting all the activities carried out during the School Placement by the preservice student. Throughout the report, understandings are explored where the trajectory of a preservice teacher is portrayed, the construction of a teaching concept and expectations regarding the practicum. The challenges and difficulties encountered in planning, teaching and evaluating throughout the teaching-learning process. The good relationship with the students stands out, which was the key to the remarkable growth of the students and the taste for the practice of sports. A study is also reported on strategies to work on physical condition and how these influenced the motivation of students (11th and 12th grades) to practice in distance classes. The results revealed that the strategies used by physical education teachers to work on their physical condition were during distance classes, which were diverse and were able to motivate and lead students to participate and learn. The document ends with conclusions and future perspectives.
