We live in a world where cities are constantly privileged against rural spaces. Ambitious interventions are constantly carried out, always around the big centers, forgetting the peripheries. Seeking to counter this trend, the present dissertation, entitled "Centro hípico e turismo de natureza: uma proposta para São Caetano, Cantanhede", proposes an intervention for an eminently rural space, although close to several urban centers, believing that it will add local and regional value and that it will generate positive synergies in the medium and long term. Being a proposal for an equestrian center, in a rural area, there is a constant concern, throughout the creation process, with the essential elements for the change that is advocated. Man takes central stage in this project, without neglecting the essential and desired relationship with the horse, as a rider, and with nature, as a citizen.
