Resumo: | Understanding formative research as a fundamental element in the formation of the scientific spirit, raises the need to analyze the role of teachers’ mental models in the teaching research within middle-level educational institutions and university institutions, taking into account as a basis the qualitative approach that in a second phase serves as a guide for the quantitative analysis of information. The present study includes the analysis of 18 semi-structured interviews to teachers of secondary education institutions and 14 teachers of University institutions, finding a new approach in the traditional analysis of perceptions and pedagogies in the teaching research, based on mental models and their social influence. |

El presente estudio comprende el análisis de las narrativas de 18 entrevistas semiestructuradas a docentes de instituciones de educación media y 14 docentes de Instituciones educativas de educación Superior, encontrando un nuevo enfoque para el análisis tradicional de las percepciones y pedagogías en la enseñanza de la investigación basado en los modelos mentales y su influencia social.Ao compreender a pesquisa formativa como um dos elementos fundamentais para a formação do espírito científico, surge a necessidade de analisar o papel dos modelos mentais dos professores no ensino da pesquisa em instituições de ensino médio e superior, baseado na abordagem qualitativa que, em uma segunda fase, serve como um guia para a análise quantitativa da informação.
