Resumo: This project reflects the work developed at Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy Blades with the aim of improving effectiveness and efficiency of both the information and productive processes in the company. In the pursuit of comprehensive data collection and a profound understanding of the process flow, a variety of methodologies were deployed. These encompassed direct observation and active participation in the processes, engaging in informal interviews with company personnel, and fostering dynamic brainstorming sessions to generate new innovative ideas and perspectives. Business Process Management and Lean Information Management practices were utilized to improve the flux of information regarding reparations, reducing the wastes in it and standardizing activities. By using Microsoft Power Apps, it was possible to develop an information system to a better flux of information between the Backoffice team responsible for this process. As a result, the communication improved, the data became more accessible, the process was standardized, and the number of open non-conformity report (NCR) greatly reduced. Different Lean tools and methodologies were also utilised to improve the productive process, aiming to reduce the cycle time. Applying methodologies such as the 5S and the Ishikawa diagram, to discover the root causes of the problems found. As a result, it was possible to reduce the cycle time of certain tasks by 86,36% and improve the percentage of tasks done correctly at the first time.
