Resumo: This report was prepared in the 2nd year of the Master's Degree in Sports Training following an internship at Vitória Sport Clube – SAD, team “B”. During the internship, I was part of the High Performance Department of the club, having as main tasks the performance of physical tests in the pre-season, as well as all the necessary physical assessments for injured athletes for a return to competition, with physical indices that allowed their return to training safely. Another of the tasks performed at this stage was the training monitoring and control process. The external load was monitored using common devices known as gps and for the internal load used in RPE. The creation of a multi-mechanical model to assess training intensities, the use of acute and chronic load ratios, the construction of a cross-sectional model for the entire club to assess the metrics given by the monitoring system, made the construction possible. of individual and detailed reports on all athletes. Regarding the internal load, a new evaluation model was also created, which instead of analyzing only the RPE through the adapted Borg scale, more calculations were made to observe the monotony, the fatigue index, also obtaining the acute and chronic values the adaptation of training for the elaboration of the respective Acute/Chronic ratio. These tasks were developed in order to help the technical team, in the training periodization, to adjust the training loads in a general and individual way and for a better understanding of when the athlete could be at risk of soft tissue injury.
