Resumo: The professional internship represents the end of all academic training, where the student is finally confronted with the whole reality inherent to teaching. It is in this academic year that the student puts into practice all the knowledge acquired over the years, defining his own '' me''. It is in this year, through the experiences and challenges the trainee faces, he defines the type of teacher he wants to be and which teaching models and strategies he most identifies with. This document aims to report the experience of a student trainee, in her year of supervised practice, where she was responsible for a classroom and all the decisions related to planning and conducting their lessons, as well as their performance evaluation. This report is organized into 4 chapters. The first chapter concerns the '' introduction '' where what is going to be mentioned throughout the document is exposed; the second chapter '' Biographical Framework: how it all started '', makes a brief presentation about the student as a student and sportswoman, as well as the initial expectations for this year of professional practice; the third chapter concerns the '' Institutional Framework '' where is reported the professional internship at the institutional, legal and functional levels, as well as the presentation of the participants in the internship, which includes colleagues, cooperating teacher and supervising teacher. The fourth and final chapter is '' Operational Framework '' which is divided into 3 areas of performance of the student trainee and includes sub-themes such as teaching preparation, completion and assement teaching evaluation and description of the various school activities experienced. In area 3 there is a research study on '' emotional intelligence''. This document reflects my final experience as a student, where I was able to learn, gain experience and be prepared for the world of teaching.
