À DESCOBERTA DO MUNDO DE UM ENSINO DE QUALIDADE EM EDUCAÇÃO FÍSICA

Resumo: The school placement is a process that involves multiple experiences and sharing of knowledge, constituting a true learning phase in the real context of the teaching profession. It is at this stage that the pre-service teacer discovers what it means to be a teacher and the challenges that this profession entails. This document reflects the journey of a pre-service teacher (the author), in a scholl located next to the sea. This report begins with elements related to the discovery of the self, past experiences, followed by the challenges of the internship marked by various adversities and the search for solutions. Among the challenges, planning stands out, firstly, in fulfilling the curriculum plan, in addition to meeting the school's culture and the individualities of each student. Another highlighted element was the importance of granting autonomy to students during the teaching-learning process, supported by the assumptions of assessment for learning, a methodology that allows the student and the teacher to move towards the student's progress. In this understanding, the focus of Physical Education must be to optimize access, participation and learning opportunities for all students, taking into account their diversity. In this context, the teacher has a fundamental role in optimizing strategies that enable the participation and involvement of all students. The research study aimed to analyze the effectiveness of inclusive strategies in participation, involvement and cooperation between team members in 3x3 midfield basketball games. The results showed an improvement in the involvement and participation in the game of students with lower performances and an increased concern by students with higher performance in keeping all team members involved in the game. This year of the school placement represented a remarkable phase in my training, with all the challenges imposed, thus reaching the final goal with great pride in my journey, a journey that is reflected in this document.
