O setor do turismo é por natureza um campo dinâmico e flexível que acompanha as tendências mundiais, com o caso da tecnologia não foi diferente, então com isso, o turismo inteligente tem ganho espaço em diversos destinos. O presente trabalho tem como objetivo identificar a importância que o turista atribui à tecnologia pessoal. Neste estudo quantitativo aplicou-se um questionário de maneira física e online e para além do objetivo central também se avaliou quais as principais informações os viajantes procuram e o grau de satisfação em relação aos recursos tecnológicos presentes em Évora - Portugal. Os resultados demonstraram que o telemóvel é a principal ferramenta utilizada para procura de informação, e as principais informações pesquisadas são sobre alojamento. Os itens tecnológicos presentes em cidades inteligentes são importantes para os turistas e o grau de satisfação em relação ao que existe em Évora é moderado; - Évora tourist's relationship with personal technology Abstract: The tourism sector is by nature a dynamic and flexible field that follows global trends, and with technology, it was no different, so with that, smart tourism has gained space in several destinations. The present work aims to identify the importance that tourists attribute to personal technology. In this quantitative study, a physical and online questionnaire was applied and, in addition to its key objective, it also evaluated which kind of information travelers are most interested in and the degree of satisfaction they feel in relation to the technological resources available in our case study, the city of Évora in Portugal. The results showed that the mobile phone is the main tool used for information search, and the main information searched for refers to accommodation. The technological tools available in smart cities are important for tourists, and the degree of satisfaction in relation to that available in Évora was considered moderate.
