Resumo: The following internship report is the result of the six months’ internship in the company InterTrad, in Paris, France in order to finalize the Master’s Degree in Specialised Translation and Interpreting, at the Instituto Superior de Contabilidade e Administração do Porto. This report aims not only to describe my personal experience as a judicial interpreter in the French territory, but it also intends to compare the reality of the judicial interpreting world with the theoretical framework. Therefore, this report is divided in three chapters. The theoretical framework defines the judicial interpreting and the judicial interpreter according to theoretical content. The second part introduces the company InterTrad and describes the six months of internship. The last part, based on my personal experience, questions or confirms the first chapter’s ideas and gives more details about the work of a judicial interpreting in situ.

A segunda parte apresenta a empresa InterTrad e descreve os seis meses de estágio.
