Resumo: | The main objective of the school placement is to provide certain skills to the pre-service teacher. Thus, the school placement appears as a fundamental stage in the education of future teachers as it allows the use and transformation of previously assimilated knowledge, knowledge and strategies. This school placement report describes the experiences, challenges, difficulties and learnings about a year of experiences of a pre-service teacher (the author) during the school placement, which is therefore a moment of reflection and retrospection. This report is organized into five chapters: chapter 1, The "Personal Journey", aims to present a brief explanation of my journey, personal experiences and the beginning of a new passion; chapter 2, "Institutional Framework" concerns the characterization of the school and the assigned class and an account of how the internship core worked; chapter 3, "The Art of the Teaching World", addresses relevant topics to my work as a teacher, but also to a better understanding of the nature and specificities of the Physical Education; Chapter 4, "The Challenge of Teaching", is intended to report my intervention as a pre-service teacher in the different dimensions: planning and adaptations, teaching and evaluation process. The last chapter presents the research study developed which aimed to analyze the effectiveness of inclusive strategies in participation, involvement and cooperation between team members in 3x3 midfield basketball games. The results showed that the strategies contributed to the students' perception of their involvement in the game changing in the sense in which they considered themselves involved in the game. It was also evident that team spirit, mutual help and cooperation were reinforced. This year of Professional Internship was not without challenges. However, this was a remarkable journey in my training, reaching this final goal with the feeling of "mission accomplished". |
