Resumo: The following document presents the different moments lived by me during my Professional Internship containing important aspects throughout the year. This Internship integrated the second year of the master's degree in Physical Education Teaching in Basic and Secondary Education of the Faculty of Sport of the University of Porto. The Internship took place in the Cooperant School, in the Autonomous Region of the Azores, in an internship core group containing one element under the guidance of the faculty advisor and the cooperating teacher at the respective school. The Report has nine chapters, being the first "Introduction", "Internship Project" where it demonstrates a presentation at a personal and academic level, institutional, the concept of school, teaching and Physical Education adding the expectations that I had for my course. "Teaching Models used during my internship" presents the reasons for the choosing of certain Teaching Models. "The challenges and experience of the internship" underlines the strong points and the weak points during the professional internship as well as the most important points during the professional practice. "The School and School Community" presents the activities where I inserted inside the school. The Study presents an Investigation with the theme "Physical Exercise and Physical Activities Levels before and after the Pandemic - 1st to 12th year of School". The remaining chapters refer to the "Conclusion", "Bibliography References" and "Attachments".
