Resumo: The company subject to analysis is renewing its diversity and inclusion corporate strategy. The purpose of this part of the paper is to offer the respective company a set of interconnected recommendations that will allow the overall sustainability of the diversity and inclusion corporate strategy. This report contains the developed diversity, inclusion and enablement strategies, as well as corresponding actions, which were designed taking into consideration the company resources, needs and values.
